Diego Bensión Uruguay-based Diego Bensión has the skills, knowledge and common sense to make everything run smoothly. He has devoted his life to computers and IT systems. He is FuelTooler's Managing Partner and responsible for all our Operations and Development in Uruguay. His job is to hire and recruit people, manage specific projects, manage subcontractors and facilitate communications between our U.S. clients and our IT people in Uruguay. He is the largest equity holder amongst our Uruguayan partners and this shows in his constant service to the company and clients. Diego studied in a full billingual school for 14 years spending 8 hours a day. He holds an IB Degree (International Baccalaureate) as well as the local Baccalaureate Degree. Fortunately, he had the chance to travel throughout Europe and both North and South America meeting lots of people and widening his horizons. With a System Engineering Degree from the Universidad Católica (Uruguay), expertise in Web and ICT as well as in system developments, Diego is fully aware of what it takes to achieve customer satisfaction as well as how to lead projects. He recently became a father at the age of 33 and, he's typical of the enormous immigrant tradition in Uruguay- a high educated and European-like culture. Diego is second generation of Turkish, Spanish, Cuban as well as Uruguayan natives and this reflects in his open personality and conscientious attitude. He is very friendly to deal with. Jennifer Molton Jennifer Molton serves as a U.S.-based marketing and project manager who is particularly skilled in helping new clients establish their business presence on the web. Pablo Bove
Designer - Coder - Project Manager Uruguay-based Pablo Bove, started in IT and several design environments at a young age. He has plenty of experience in graphic design, web design, 3D modeling and in photography. Pablo is interested in all forms of creative design. All of these diverse design experiences allowed him to be more creative, to have more tools and to handle different resources so as to develop and create a series of cutting edge projects. Since 1996 he successfully worked for several publications and web sites in Uruguay. Nowadays, with his daily work and effort, he contributes to Fueltooler's progress. |

Jorge Alfredo García Jorge has over 15 years' experience in coding, networks and computer networks' safety. In the past 10 years, he has specialized on web programming using php, mySQL and javascript as developing tools. Nowadays, Jorge is one of the developers /coders on FuelTooler, being in charge of the tasks for the most rigurous clients of the company, as well as developing internal coding tasks for FuelTooler itself. He keeps himself informed about the new technologies, applying them into his own code. Jorge is capable of understanding perfectly what the client needs, and the results speak for themselves when you see the numerous webs and scripts programmed by him. Jorge's code is neat, filed and done from scratch, so as to have a total control of the current application. |

Diego Mera Since 1997, Diego works as an illustrator, designer and creative writer in Uruguay. With studies on advertising, design, drawing and marketing, he has developed national and regional projects, collaborating on different areas, always related to communications. His involvement on these diverse areas has given him a better creative focus that he applies to every project he contributes. Since his start drawing with pencil and paper, he's been very conscious of the opinions of others and the needs of clients. Diego believes in the importance of the client's participation on the production process, because "Nobody knows the client's business better than himself." He is actually working as a designer for FuelTooler, being available for anything you need!. |

Martin Aguirre Costa
SEO Manager - Consultancy Uruguay-based Martin Aguirre Costa has the knowledge and experience to be a great asset to the company. In his mid thirties, he is a typical product of the country, with enormous inmigrant tradition, a high educated and European-like culture. Martin studied in a billingual school for 12 years. With a System Engineering Degree, expertise in SEO and Web System Developments for 12 years, Martin is fully aware of what customers need to make projects succeed as well as how to lead them. Guzmán Iglesias Guzman took his design studies at the ORT University in Montevideo, nurturing his interest on communications by studying photography. He started working as a web designer in 2003 for IT companies in Montevideo. Since then, his knowledge on the graphics design area has grown, working for important local design studios specialized on corporate image, packaging, etc, for important Uruguayan clients as well as for the international market. He is an expert on digital images' treatment and he's comfortable on jobs where he can apply creativity on web designs, showing how flexible and versatile the web can be. His work in FuelTooler is, along with programmers and developers, to achieve quality graphic solutions and very intuitive sites, with the aim of satisfying the clients, taking FT to a constant growth. |

Robert Anderson
Founder Kansas City-based Robert Anderson is FuelTooler's founder. He is uniquely qualified to manage and foster a growing web presence for FuelTooler because of over 2 decades of very diverse downstream oil marketing experience and a penchant for innovation. After obtaining a BS in Business Management from the University of Missouri, Robert spent eight years with Koch Refining - a division of the largest private company in the US (www.fhr.com). Since leaving Koch in 1988, Robert and associates launched a number of cutting edge petroleum-related upstarts including Tradewind- the oil industry's first faxed newsletter and TW Energy- one of the first energy exclusive IBs for NYMEX trading. During this time frame, Robert also obtained a multi-year consulting contract for an international expansion plan with the Hermes Group who was the first Russian oil company to buy a seat on a major US commodity exchange (NYMEX). He's also completed marketing and consulting contracts with dozens of other energy-related firms. He plans on continuing to focus on growing FuelTooler along with other web development entities in southern South America. He's also actively involved in the biofuels market in the US.
